  • “Services” refers to bookkeeping, accounting, advisory, and related services provided by us.

  • “Client,” “You,” or “Your” refers to any individual or business accessing the Website or engaging our Services.

2. Use of the Website

  • The Website is for general information purposes only.

  • You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, or engage in any activity that could damage or impair its operation.

  • Content on this Website is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute it without prior written consent.

  • Details of our Services are outlined on the Website, but final terms will be set out in a written engagement letter or contract.

  • We reserve the right to decline or terminate Services at our discretion.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Service fees are set out in our packages or bespoke agreements.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due monthly in advance.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of Services and may incur statutory interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to deliver our Services.

  • You remain responsible for compliance with applicable tax, legal, and regulatory obligations.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We will provide Services with reasonable skill and care.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Services giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

7. Confidentiality

  • We will keep all client information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where you give written consent.

8. Data Protection

  • We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate Services by giving 30 days’ written notice, unless otherwise specified in the engagement letter.

  • We reserve the right to terminate immediately if you fail to pay fees, breach these Terms, or act unlawfully.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the Website or Services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
